Rovena is many things to many people. One of the longest serving-current members of the team, Rovena is in charge of two of the most crucial elements allowing Performance PR to run as smoothly as it does - finance and HR. She is the lynchpin of PPR and, as resident confidante, agony aunt and counsellor, is the glue that holds the whole operation together.

So engrained is she into the PPR culture that she was immortalised when several members of staff took on Kingston’s annual dragon boat racing contest, naming their crew ‘Rovena and the Waves’.

Genuine, honest and impeccably trustworthy, away from work, Rovena is the proud mother of two, enjoys nothing more than running and cycling with her children and dreams of one day running the marathon.
